Women’s Basketball

• This week’s games:
  • Tuesday at 5:30 p.m. (H)- St. Andrews
  • Saturday at 2:00 p.m. (H)- King

• Last week’s games:
  • Mount Olive – 78-75 (L)
  • Barton- 72-68 (L)
  • Erskine- 80-78 (L)

• The Coker women host a pair of Conference Carolinas games at home this week starting on Tuesday against St. Andrews University and ending with King College on Saturday.

Men’s Basketball

• This week’s games:
  • Tuesday at 7:30 p.m. (H)- St. Andrews
  • Saturday at 4:00 p.m. (H)- King

• Last week’s games:
  • Mount Olive – 68-62 (L)
  • Barton- 75-63 (L)
  • Erskine- 73-47 (W)

• After playing at home just once in their last five games, the Cobra men will play in the friendly confines of the Timberlake-Lawton Gymnasium twice this week. Both games will be Conference Carolinas games, the first on Tuesday against St. Andrews University and the second on Saturday against King College.

Coker Basketball at Time Warner Cable Arena

• Tickets are now available for the Coker men’s and women’s basketball games at Time Warner Cable Arena in Charlotte, N.C. The Cobras will take on the Saints of Limestone College in a Conference Carolinas doubleheader on Saturday, Jan. 28, 2012 at the home of the Charlotte Bobcats, Time Warner Cable Arena.
  • Ticket packages start at $21 per person and include admission to both Coker games and the Charlotte Bobcats versus the Washington Wizards at 7 p.m.
  • The Cobras and the Saints will tip-off under the lights of the NBA arena prior to the start of the Bobcats game against the Wizards. The women's game will begin at 12:15 p.m., followed by the men's game at 2:15 p.m.
  • Following the Coker games, alumni and friends are invited to attend a special reception at Cosmos Café/The Stage presented by the Coker Alumni Association and the Cobra Club at 4:30 p.m.
  • To purchase your tickets call the Coker Athletics office at 843-383-8073 or email cstryker@coker.edu. Tickets must be purchased no later than Saturday, Jan. 21.
