Women’s Basketball

• This week’s games:
  • Monday at 7:00 p.m. (A)- North Greenville- Conference Carolinas Tournament Quarterfinals
  • Thursday at 7:00 p.m. – TBA
  • Saturday at 7:00 p.m.- TBA

• Last week’s games:
  • Queens– 71-68 (W)
  • Pfeiffer- 75-65 (W)

• Last week the Cobra women picked up two more wins extending their winning streak to six games. This week the Cobras will take on North Greenville University in the quarterfinals of the Conference Carolinas Tournament. This is the first time Coker will be playing in the conference tournament since 2009.

Men’s Basketball

• This week’s games:
  • Tuesday at 7:00 p.m. (A)- King College- Conference Carolinas Tournament Quarterfinals
  • Friday at 7:00 p.m. – TBA
  • Sunday at 2:00 p.m. - TBA

• Last week’s games:
  • Queens– 78-67 (W)
  • Pfeiffer- 88-74 (W)

• Like the women, the Coker men extended their winning streak to six games with a pair of victories last week. This week the Cobras will travel to King College for the opening round of the Conference Carolinas Tournament.

Baseball

• This week’s games:
  • Tuesday at 2:00 p.m. (A)- Claflin
  • Saturday at 12:00 p.m. (H)- King (DH)
  • Sunday at 1:00 p.m. (H)- King

• Last week’s games:
  • Claflin- 9-1 (W)
  • Limestone- 6-1 (W), 6-2 (W), 5-2 (W)

• After a perfect 4-0 week last week, the Cobras will travel to Claflin and then host their first Conference Carolinas series of the season against King during the weekend.

Softball

• This week’s games:
  • Wednesday at 1:00 p.m. (H)- Barton (DH)
  • Saturday at 1:00 p.m. (H)- Lees-McRae (DH)

• Last week’s games:
  • West Virginia State- 7-3 (L), 4-3 (W)
  • Belmont Abbey- 8-1 (L), 3-2 (W)

• Last week the Cobras split both of their doubleheaders, including their first Conference Carolinas series of the season. This week Coker will host a pair of conference opponents starting with Barton on Wednesday and finishing up with Lees-McRae on Saturday.

Lacrosse

• This week’s games:
  • Saturday at 2:00 p.m. (A)- Lees-McRae

• Last week’s games:
  • Mars Hill- 20-5 (L)

• The Coker lacrosse team has just one game this week on Saturday against Lees-McRae College.

Men’s & Women’s Tennis

• This week’s matches:
  • Monday at 2:30 p.m. (H)- Converse- women only- PPD. Rain
  • Wednesday at 3:30 p.m. (H)- Newberry- men only
  • Saturday at 1:00 p.m. (A)- King
  • Sunday at 2:00 p.m. (A)- Lees-McRae

• Last week’s matches:
  • Shaw- 5-4 (L)- women, 5-4 (L)- men

• The Cobra tennis teams have a busy week ahead with three matches for each team, including a pair of Conference Carolinas matches on the road against King and Lees-McRae.

Men’s Golf

• This week’s tournament:
  • Monday- Tuesday (A)- Pirate Invitational in Savannah, Ga.

• Last week’s tournament:
  • None

• The Coker men’s golf team finally starts their spring season this week at the Pirate Invitational hosted by Armstrong Atlantic. Led by PING All-American Jake Murphy, the Cobras will be looking to get their spring season off to a good start in their first tournament.
