Men’s Soccer
- This week’s matches:
- Thursday at 7:00 p.m. (A)- Florida Southern
- Saturday at 7:00 p.m. (A)- #5 Flagler
- The No. 18 ranked Cobras begin their 2012 season with a road trip to the Sunshine State where they will take on a pair of tough regional opponents. The first match will pit Coker against Florida Southern University, and in the second match the Cobras will face-off against the No. 5 ranked Flagler College Saints. This will be the first meeting between Florida Southern and Coker, while the last time the Cobras faced the Saints was in 2010. Flagler won that match-up 1-0 at Coker.
Women’s Soccer
- This week’s matches:
- Friday at 8:00 p.m. (A)- Valdosta State
- Sunday at 11:00 a.m. (H)- Young Harris
- The Coker women head to Valdosta, Georgia this week to open the season against Valdosta State University. Last season, the Cobras lost a nail bitter to the Blazers 1-0. After returning home, Coker will host Young Harris College in their 2012 home opener. This will be Coker’s first match ever against Young Harris.
Women’s Volleyball
- This week’s matches:
- Friday- Saturday at IUP Invitational Tournament in Indiana, Pa.
- Friday at 1:00 p.m. (A)- Roberts Wesleyan
- Friday at 5:30 p.m. (A)- Indiana (Pa.)
- Saturday at 9:00 a.m. (A)- Le Moyne
- Saturday at 2:00 p.m. (A)- Michigan Tech
- Friday- Saturday at IUP Invitational Tournament in Indiana, Pa.
- The women’s volleyball team opens their 2012 campaign on the road at the Indiana University (Pa.) Invitational Tournament. The Cobras will play four matches against four teams they have never faced before.
Men’s & Women’s Cross Country
- This week’s meet:
- Friday at Spartanburg, S.C.- Eye Opener Invitational
- Both the men’s and women’s cross country teams open their 2012 seasons at the Eye Opener Invitational in Spartanburg, S.C. This will be the first meet under the direction of first year head coach Vic Finora.
