A three-run sixth inning powered North Greenville past Limestone, 6-2 and into the Conference Carolinas Softball Tournament Championship game on Sunday.
North Greenville pitcher Rachel Glazebrook was strong in relief, as she went 6.2 scoreless innings. She allowed six hits and struck out four hitters. Sarah Armstrong had one hit and three runs batted in. Glazebrook went 3-for-4, with two RBI.
Kirstyn Burleson was the brunt of the Limestone attack, going 3-for-4, with two RBIs. Leah Quant went all six innings and allowed six runs on nine hits. She struck out three hitters.
Limestone was eliminated from play. North Greenville will play King in the championship game on Sunday at noon.
