Raleigh, NC- A 27-0 victory is a nice way to break a three game losing streak, and that is exactly what the Coker Baseball Team did on Tuesday afternoon, as they defeated the St. Augustine Falcons. With the win Coker improves to 5-12 on the season.

Junior lefthander Jesse Hatchell (2-0) earned the win, holding the Falcons scoreless in the game.

The Cobras leading hitters were Eric Losten, Ty Medlin and Trey Lynch, each collecting three hits on the day. Medlin led the way with a home run and two RBIs, while Losten had three RBIs and Lynch scored five runs.

Coker returns to the field and to the road again tomorrow as they travel to Augusta State to face the Jaguars at 2:00 p.m.
