Webb Signs on to Play Baseball at Coker

HARTSVILLE, S.C. – Coker College baseball coach Dave Schmotzer announced today that Adam Webb has signed a national letter of intent to play for the Cobras. Webb will be joining the team beginning in the 2013-14 academic year.

"We are ecstatic at Adam's decision to attend Coker College," Schmotzer said. "The plan for Adam is to get some big, big innings for us. We are losing a lot of senior pitchers, and he will step right in and help eat up some of those innings."

Webb is a 6-foot left-handed pitcher from Frisco Heritage High School in Frisco, Texas.

Adam is the son of Frank and Tamra Webb.
