High School: Whetstone was a four-sport letter winner at The Village School. He lettered in volleyball, soccer, basketball and track & field. He played club volleyball for the the Houston Volleyball Academy and for Spike Sport. He was also a member of The Village School Theater Club.

Personal: Son of Felicia Forbes and King Whetstone...he has four siblings, Draylyn, Christopher, Shayln and Jehormie.
