HARTSVILLE, S.C. - The Coker men's volleyball team fell 3-0 to Erskine on Tuesday (Mar. 12) night.
Coker battled in game one, but came up short in a 25-23 first set. The Flying Fleet then went on to take sets two and three 25-20 and 25-22.
Devion Whetstone lead the way for the Cobras, landing 10-kills on the night. Luke Hansen was second on that list with 9-kills, while James Joseph collected six. Ricardo Ferrer had the team high 28-assists, and four digs.
As a team Coker landed 34-kills, while tallying 33-assits and 22-digs.
Coker will be back in action on Wednesday (Mar. 20), when they travel to face Pfeiffer. The game is scheduled for a 7:00 p.m. start time.
