POOLER, S.C. – The Coker women's golf team will participate in the 2013 Armstrong Pirate Invitational on Monday and Tuesday (Mar. 4-5) at Savannah Quarters Country Club.
Thorpe is the team leader so far this year with a team low average of 82.6-strokes after ten rounds. Thompkins, Demby, and McKenzie have competed in all ten rounds as well this year, with averages of 83, 84, and 82. Allen is entering her third tournament of the season with an average of 84.8-strokes.
The 2013 tournament will be a 36-hole tournament, featuring 14 teams from around the nation. Teams will play an 8:30 a.m. shotgun start on Monday and complete 18 holes, with another shotgun start for Tuesday's final round beginning at 8:30 a.m.
