Morales joins Caughlin's staff after serving as volleyball coach and college recruiter and adviser for the Supernova Volleyball Club in Northridge, Calif., as well as first assistant women's volleyball coach at Oklahoma Panhandle State University. Morales received her bachelor's degree in communications from Notre Dame de Namur University in 2009. She played volleyball and softball for the Argonauts, serving as a team captain on both squads. She is originally from Quartz Hill, Calif., where she attended Highland High School.
