Sharod Williams, Men's Basketball

HARTSVILLE, S.C. - Sharod Williams (Hartsville, S.C.) of the Coker men’s basketball team has been named the Coker Student-Athlete of the Month for December 2011.

Williams had an outstanding December as he helped lead the Coker men to a 1-1 record on the hardwood. Williams averaged a double-double in the final month of 2011 with an average of 11 points and 11.5 rebounds per game.

So far this season, Williams is averaging 8.1 points and 8.7 rebounds per game and is ranked in the Top 50 of all NCAA Division II players in rebounds per game.
