HARTSVILLE, S.C. – The Coker College men's basketball team dropped a South Atlantic Conference matchup to the visiting Carson-Newman University Eagles Saturday (Jan. 27) afternoon by a 104-92 final.
Jake Barrett led the way offensively for the Navy and Gold, recording a career-high 30 points and pulling down a team-best seven rebounds. Additionally, Barrett led the Cobras in steals, collecting three on the afternoon. Donte Samuels and LaDarius Williams chipped in 13 points each.
The Cobras will be back in action when they travel to Queens on Wednesday (Jan. 31) and take on the Royals in SAC action. Opening tip is set for 8 p.m.
