Bio
2016-17: Maldonado competed in seven meets this season, with his top performance coming in the 3000-meter run at the Weems Baskin Invitational, where he finished twelfth with a time of 10:29.88.
High School: Maldonado attended Spring Valley High School where he ran track and cross country for the Vikings. He was a three-time letterman for the cross country team and was a member of the 4A track and field state championship team. In the classroom, he was a four-time member of the A/B honor roll and a two-time member of the "All A" honor roll.
Personal: Son of Tanya and Jerry Maldonado... he has one sibling Jarrod who attends the University of Alabama.
