Bio
2015-16: In her sophomore season, Foster finished with 10 top-10 showings, including three wins in the 4 x 400-meter relay. The first win came at the Winston-Salem DII Invitational (1/24), the second at the Braves Track Classic (3/4) and the third at the Wingate University Invitational (3/25). She was a part of the team that ran a time of 3:58.18 in the 4 x 400 at the South Atlantic Conference Championship meet, which gave them a third place finish.
2014-15: In her first season, Foster ran in the 200-meter, 400-meter and 800-meter. She recorded 12 top-10 finishes, including a third place finish in the 400m at the Wingate University Inivitational and USC Open. She also was apart of the 4x4 team that place third at the Palmetto Classic Track and Field Invitational.
High School: Foster was a star track and field and cross country runner at North Forsyth High School.
