Bio
2015-16: Ruff notched 14 top-10 finishes this season for the Navy and Gold, including four wins. Her first win came at the Winston-Salem DII Invitational in the 60-meter hurdles, the second win came at the Braves Track Classic in the 4 x 400-meter relay, the third at the LRU Powersox Invitational in the 400-meter hurdles and the fourth came in the 4 x 400-meter relay at the Wingate University Invitational.
High School: Ruff was a two-sport athlete at Hickory High School where she lettered in soccer and track and field. On the track, she was named the most valuable female track and field athlete from 2011-13 and she was named to the all-conference team during her freshman, sophomore, junior and senior year.
Personal: Daughter of Vickie and Tommy Ruff... she has one sibling Quin.
