Bio
2016-17: McMichael collected four top-ten finishes this season, highlighted by a pair of third-place finishes in the javelin throw at the Braves Track Classic and the Weems Baskin Invitational. This season, she set the indoor school record for the shot put and the school record in the javelin throw.
2015-16: McMichael collected seven top-10 finishes, including three fifth-place showings. Her came at the Winson-Salem DII Invitational in the shot put, while the others came at the Braves Track Classic (3/4) in the shot put and in the javelin throw.
2014-15: McMichael participated in the 100-meter hurdles, shot put, hammer throw, weight throw and javelin throw during her first season with the Navy and Gold. She picked up five top-10 finishes, including at fourth place finish in the 100-meter hurdles at the Wingate University Invitational.
High School: McMichael was a standout track and basketball athlete at Spring Valley High School.
