2017-18: Competed in 12 meets during the 2017-18 season...recorded eight top-ten finishes...finished second in the javelin throw at the UNCW Seahawk Invitational (Mar. 10) with a total distance of 28.20 meters...set Coker indoor shot put record at the South Atlantic Conference Championships (Feb. 19) with a distance of 33'3.75"...set Coker indoor weight throw record at the South Atlantic Conference Championships (Feb. 19) with a distance of 44'4.75"...set the Coker outdoor hammer throw record at the Johnson C. Smith Invitational (Apr. 6) with a distance of 114'6".
2016-17: Collected four top-ten finishes this season, highlighted by a pair of third-place finishes in the javelin throw at the Braves Track Classic and the Weems Baskin Invitational ... This season, she set the indoor school record for the shot put and the school record in the javelin throw.
2015-16: Collected seven top-ten finishes, including three fifth-place showings ... Her best finish came at the Winson-Salem DII Invitational in the shot put, while the others came at the Braves Track Classic (3/4) in the shot put and in the javelin throw.
2014-15: Participated in the 100-meter hurdles, shot put, hammer throw, weight throw, and javelin throw during her first season with the Navy and Gold ... She picked up five top-ten finishes, including at fourth place finish in the 100-meter hurdles at the Wingate University Invitational.
High School: McMichael was a standout track and basketball athlete at Spring Valley High School.
