2017-18: Competed in 13 meets during the 2017-18 season...recorded 14 top-ten finishes...won the 100 meters at the South Atlantic Conference Championship (Apr. 19-20) with a time of 14.46 (Coker record)...won the 60-meter hurdles at the South Atlantic Indoor T&F Championships (Feb. 19) with a time of 9.00 (Coker record)...awarded South Atlantic Conference Track Athlete of the Week (Jan. 9)...set the Coker outdoor 4x400 meter-relay record at the South Atlantic Conference Championships (Apr. 20) with a total time of 3:55.28.
2016-17: Collected nine top-ten finishes this season, highlighted by three runner-up showings, all in hurdle events ... The first came at the Braves Track Classic, where she finished second in the 400-meter hurdles and the second came at the LRU Southside Power & Fitness Invitational in the 100-meter hurdles. The final second-place finish came at the South Atlantic Conference Championship in the 100-meter hurdles.
2015-16: Notched 14 top-ten finishes this season for the Navy and Gold, including four wins ... Her first win came at the Winston-Salem DII Invitational in the 60-meter hurdles, the second win came at the Braves Track Classic in the 4 x 400-meter relay, the third at the LRU Powersox Invitational in the 400-meter hurdles, and the fourth came in the 4 x 400-meter relay at the Wingate University Invitational.
High School: Ruff was a two-sport athlete at Hickory High School where she lettered in soccer and track and field ... On the track, she was named the most valuable female track and field athlete from 2011-13 and she was named to the all-conference team during her freshman, sophomore, junior, and senior year.
Personal: Daughter of Vickie and Tommy Ruff ... She has one sibling Quin.
