2017-18: Ran in six races for the Cobras her sophomore season...Taylor’s best finish in the 5K was at the South Atlantic CC Championship (Oct. 21st) with a time of 27:14.3...She ran her best time in the 6K at the NCAA Division II Southeast Region Cross Country Championship (Nov. 4th) in 35:09.1.
2016-17: Collected four top-ten finishes this season, highlighted by a runner-up showing at the South Atlantic Conference Championship in the heptathlon ... Within the event, she finished in the top-five in six of seven events, including a win in the javelin throw.
High School: Taylor attended Fort Defiance High School where she lettered in basketball, softball, cross country, and track for the Indians ... On the track, she earned all-conference accolades in the high jump, long jump, triple jump, 4 x 800, and 4 x 400 ... She was also an all-region selection in the 4 x 800 and 4 x 400 ... Off the field, she was a member of the honor roll and National Honor Society.
