2016-17: Santos appeared in 19 matches during his freshman season for the Cobras...He recorded 201 kills, 17 service aces, 80 digs, and 36 blocks...He recorded at least 10 kills in 11 games...Santos notched a season-high 26 kills and 11 digs in the Cobras 3-2 victory over Alderson Broaddus on February 11th...Named to the inaugural All-IVA Team as an outside hitter.
2015-16: Santos had an outstanding freshman season for the Navy and Gold, playing in 21 matches and 73 total sets...Santos ranks No. 13 in NCAA DI/DII with a 3.73 kills per set average...On the season, the Brazil native belted 272 kills and had 10 matches of 15 or more kills, including a program record 27 kills in matches versus Limestone and Emmanuel. Behind the service line, he was equally as dominant, ranking No. 10 in the country with .44 service aces per set...Lastly, his 4.49 points per set average ranks him No. 11 in NCAA DI/DII...He was named Off the Block/Springbak, Inc. National Freshman of the week during the week of Feb. 22-28...He was also named to the Off the Block/Springbak, Inc. Freshman All-American Team.
High School: Santos helped guide his team to six state championships, and three regional championships during his high school career...He was named to the U19 Brazilian National Team and was named Blocker of the Year.
