Bio
2025-26: She appeared in 18 games for the Cobras this season, starting in all 18. She scored a team high 7 goals on the season and registered 6 assist. She was named the South Atlantic Conference Freshman of the Year, and was named to the SAC 1st Team All-Conference, and was named to the 2nd team All-Region.
High School: She attended Berufskollege Vera Beckers. She won 6 tournaments during her time in school. She also competed in volleyball during high school. She was also a player in the Youth Bundesliga.
Personally: She is the daughter of Verena Wilke and Alexander Wilke. Ella grew up playing both soccer and field hockey — and she was good at both. Once she committed fully to soccer, she played for Bayer Uerdingen and MSV Duisburg before continuing her development at SGS Essen. She was a regular in the North Rhine-Westphalia state selection and spent two successful seasons in the U-17 Bundesliga before moving up to SGS Essen’s U-21 side in the Regionalliga.
After finishing high school, Ella chose to head to the United States to combine college studies with competitive soccer. She’s a true team player with a high work rate and great game IQ. Her favorite spot is attacking midfield, but she’s versatile and comfortable all over the pitch.
